PR210 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pr210 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and you ("the Player," "you," "your") when you access or use any part of the pr210 website at pr210.com, including all related services, games, promotional offers, and payment facilities.

By registering an account on pr210, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pr210 platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through pr210, including but not limited to: sports betting (PBA, NBA, and other competitions), live casino, online casino, poker, and esports betting. In the event of any conflict between a supplementary document and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document specifically states otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register a pr210 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with pr210 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pr210 employee or contractor.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and any additional verification information we may request. Providing false information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.

You may only hold one active account on pr210. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension, cancellation of any pending bets, and forfeiture of any bonus funds. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact our support team immediately.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pr210 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

pr210 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from pr210 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pr210 immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of your account to prevent further unauthorised activity. pr210 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pr210 are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). We support deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pr210 wallet balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. For e-wallet deposits, this is typically instant. For bank transfers, this may take a few minutes depending on the institution and transfer method used.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by pr210 in the order they are received. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within one hour during regular business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two banking days depending on the payment rail used.

• Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in your name and associated with your verified pr210 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• pr210 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• In cases where pr210 suspects fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, pr210 offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all pr210 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses expire after a defined period. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited on expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus cancels any existing active bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• pr210 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or system irregularity.
• Bonus offers are generally available to Philippine residents only. Players who use VPNs or other tools to access bonuses outside eligible regions will have their bonus winnings forfeited.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating bet patterns to lock in guaranteed profit from promotional offers — is a serious violation of these Terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pr210 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before you confirm. pr210 cannot reverse confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.

Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared within a timeframe defined in the specific sport rules.
• A manifest pricing error is identified — for example, where clearly incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault.
• A bet was placed on an event that had already started or concluded at the time the bet was accepted (late bet).
• pr210 determines, at its sole discretion, that a bet was placed in bad faith or in exploitation of a known system error.

For live casino games, the result displayed at the end of each round is final. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection during a live game, pr210 will use its recorded game history to determine the outcome of any bets affected. Results from live studio feeds are authoritative.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pr210 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all open bets, forfeiture of any bonus funds, and may result in legal action where applicable under Philippine law:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on pr210.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in ways not consistent with their intended purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker games.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets using non-public information or participating in the manipulation of sporting events.
• Money laundering: Using the pr210 platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity. pr210 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through pr210 support.

8 Responsible Gaming

pr210 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled activity. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.

The following tools are available to all pr210 account holders free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory waiting period.
• Session time limits: Set a limit on how long you can be logged in and actively playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a break from the platform for a defined number of days without fully closing your account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pr210 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, audio, video, software, and the selection and arrangement of such content — is the property of pr210 or its content partners and is protected by intellectual property laws applicable in the Philippines.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the pr210 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any pr210 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

pr210 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We take your privacy seriously.

The personal information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is used to:

• Verify your identity and age.
• Process deposits and withdrawals.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve the pr210 platform and your gaming experience.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

pr210 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend services at any time. Where planned maintenance is scheduled, we will endeavour to provide advance notice to players.

12 Account Closure

You may close your pr210 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.

pr210 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Non-use of the account for an extended period (dormant accounts).

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, pr210 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation and to seek recovery of any losses suffered by the platform as a result of the player's violation.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pr210 customer support for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.

pr210 makes every effort to resolve player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint about the platform, a bet outcome, a payment, or any other matter, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within five business days.
